We first opened the practice in 2009. Since then We have grown into a trusted and popular Physical Therapy Service who has developed a reputation in and around central and north London for excellence. No matter what you need, we are here to help you every step of the way.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS YOUR NEW CLIENT PROCEDURE?

All clients must provide general information regarding themselves. After providing information they will be able to book a physiotherapy session through phone call or online booking. After booking an initial consultation will be conducted by one of our physiotherapist assessing and treating your aches and pains

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all forms of insurance such as AXA, BUPA and Aviva. We recommend  paying upfront and we will send you a insurance approved invoice and claiming back through your provider 

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

A doctors referral is not needed, You can book a free phone consultation on the same day and a physiotherapist will phone you back at a preferred time, convenient to you.

For any insurance claims it is highly advised to have a pre approved insurance provider so no delays can happen through out your recovery journey 

Which area do you cover and can I have a same day appointment?

We offer same day appointments  at a time which is convenient for you. We cover central and north London however please enquire time and location as we may be able to offer out of hours or out of coverage treatment
